3 large eggs
1 ⅛ cups dark brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 cup roughly chopped Macadamia Nuts

Product recommendation
Do not overbake or you will loose the famous sticky brownie texture. You can vary the flavour by using chopped pecan nuts, walnuts or almonds instead of macadamia nuts.
Preparation

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 160°C (140° fan) 325°F gas 3. Grease an 18 x 28 cm|7" x 11" baking tin and line the base with non-stick baking paper.

Place the chocolate and butter in a pan and heat gently, stirring until melted. Allow to cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until pale and frothy, then add the sugar, a spoonful at a time, whisking until thick and glossy.

Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture, until blended.
5.
Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture with the nuts.
6.
Spoon into the tin, level with the back of a spoon and bake for about 40 minutes, until the top has a cracked appearance and the centre is still a little soft to the touch. Cool in the tin for 15 minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares to serve.
