¼ cup dry Vermouth
4 pcs Salmon fillet

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.

Heat the butter in a pan and gently cook the onion until soft but not brown. Mix the cream with the parmesan, mustard powder and vermouth, stir in the cooked onions and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the salmon with the lemon juice and place in an ovenproof dish. Pour over the cream sauce, place a sprig of thyme on each piece of fish and bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
4.
While the salmon is cooking, cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions and serve alongside.
