3 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tomatoes
1 shallot
8 black Olives (pitted)
4 pickled, red Pepperoncini
1 pinch oregano
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Cut feta cheese into 4 equal pieces and place each on a piece of aluminum foil (aluminum foil should be in large pieces). Sprinkle feta cheese with olive oil.

Rinse tomatoes, cut into thin slices and spread on feta cheese.

3.

Peel shallot, cut into thin rings and add to tomatoes. Cut olives in half and place 4 olive halves, 1 pepperoncini on each piece of cheese and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.

4.

Fold aluminum foil over pieces of cheese, close tightly, place on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 200°C (approximately 400°F) for approximately 15 minutes. Serve feta cheese in foil.
