- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup mini Marshmallow
- 1 ¾ ozs Milk chocolate (chopped)
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 3 Tbsps light corn syrup
- 1 ¾ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup puffed rice cereal
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- mini Chocolate bean
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/350°F/gas 4. Grease and base line a shallow 20cm square baking tin.

Put the butter, marshmallows, chocolate, caster (superfine) sugar and syrup into a pan and heat gently until melted. Remove from the heat and sir in the oats. Mix until completely coated. Stir in the puffed rice cereal. Spoon into the prepared tin and press level using the back of a spoon. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes or until just golden at the edges.

Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares whilst still warm. When completely cold remove from the tin and place on a wire rack.

Mix the icing (confectioners') sugar with about 2 tbsp water. Drizzle over the flapjacks and scatter with the mini chocolate beans.
