2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
3 grams Crème fraiche
1 tsp thyme

400 milliliters Whipped cream
2 eggs
100 grams grated Cheese (such as Bergkäse)

2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until very al dente. Drain well. Peel garlic and chop finely. Blanch in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel. Quarter and remove seeds, cut into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and cook ground meat until crumbly, add garlic and tomato paste and saute briefly  Add tomatoes and sour cream and simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. The mixture should not be too watery.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C convection.

Stuff ground meat into pasta shells with a teaspoon and arrange in a baking dish.

Whisk cream with eggs and grated cheese, season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over pasta shells and sprinkle with Parmesan and butter flakes. Bake in prheeated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
