1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
500 milliliters milk
freshly ground peppers
freshly grated Nutmeg
2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (to taste)
200 grams Feta

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes, drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.

Rinse tomatoes, remove stems and cut into slices. Rinse bell peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into fine strips.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute briefly, add flour and brown a bit. Add milk, stirring.

Bring to a boil once and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Remove from heat and combine with herbs.

Cut feta into cubes. Place tomato slices around the edges of a baking dish. Place peppers and pasta into the dish and pour sauce over. Top with remaining tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with herbs. Serve.
