- 1 pork fillet (approx. 900 g, cut in slices approx. 3 cm thick)
- 4 cups onions (cut into rings)
- ⅔ cup Meat stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 ½ cups Cheese (grated)
- ⅞ cup cream (at least 30% fat)
- ground Nutmeg
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (220°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.

Season the meat with salt and ground black pepper and grease a large baking dish. Place the meat and the onion rings in it, add the stock and the bay leaves and cook for 20-25 minutes.
3.
Stir together the grated cheese and the cream, add a pinch of nutmeg and add it to the meat. Cook for a further 10 minutes until the meat is golden brown on top.
