4 large potatoes
1 pkg coarse Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
300 grams snow crab (thawed)
2 Tbsps clarified butter
1 cup Sour cream
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cut the top half crosswise. Shower the salt into 4 small casserole dishes lined with aluminum foil and place the potatoes on top. Season with pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400ºF) for 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir the sour cream until smooth.

Sauté the shrimp in clarified butter and mix with the chopped chives.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and spoon the sour cream over them. Distribute the shrimp on top and serve immediately.
