3 garlic cloves
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Preparation steps

1.

Peel shrimp down to the tail, devein, rinse, drain on paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Spread oil in an ovenproof dish and place shrimp in dish. Peel garlic, mince and add to the dish. Rinse rosemary, shake dry and place on shrimp.

2.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10 minutes. Serve with toasted bread if desired.
