Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the potatoes, pat dry and pierce several times with a fork. Place the potatoes next to each other in a greased baking dish. Cook for 50-60 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.

2.

Cut the tops of the potatoes in an x shape and push the skin back. Place a flake of butter in each. Serve sprinkled with sea salt.
