800 grams waxy, medium potatoes
2 sprigs Sage

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the potatoes. Make thin slices across each potato, not quite cutting through. Rinse the sage, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Place 2-3 leaves in each potato, inside the cuts. Season the potatoes with sea salt and sprinkle with oil. Place the potatoes on a greased baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
