Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the vegetables, peel as necessary and cut into bite-size pieces. Blanch in boiling, salted water for 2-6 minutes, then rinse under cold water and drain well. Mix the cream and eggs together and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Place the vegetables in the dish, pour the egg cream over them, sprinkle with cheese, cover with knobs of butter and bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
