Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C upper and lower heat.

Rinse bell peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into fine strips. Cut sausages into chunks. Combine both with sauerkraut and season with salt, pepper and cumin powder. Spread tortillas with sour cream, place sauerkraut mixture in the middle and roll up. Arrange in an oiled baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
