Preparation steps

Halve the figs. Melt the honey and butter in a large skillet. Add the figs, and cook a few minutes until slightly caramelized.

Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, and mix in the rosemary. Mix thoroughly, remove from the heat, and let rest briefly. Arrange on plates to serve.
