2 Tbsps sugar
5 Passion fruit
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the banana and puree with the lemon juice. Combine the yogurt with the vanilla, sugar and about 2/3 of banana puree. Fill four glasses with about 2/3 of the cream. Cut one passion fruit into quarters, halve the remaining four and scrape out the flesh. Mix with the remaining banana puree and distribute in the glasses. Top with the yogurt and serve garnished with passion fruit quarters and mint.
