Preparation steps

Peel the banana, cut into small pieces, and mix with the lemon juice. Add sugar and purée. Combine the nuts, cocoa, cinnamon, brandy, flour and baking powder. Knead everything together. If the dough is too dry, add some milk. Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake for 90 minutes at 160°C (approximately 320°F).

The bread should be very moist. It will keep for a long time and tastes fruity.
