- 1 large Banana (mashed with a fork)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- ⅞ cup sugar
- ⅔ cup Oil
- ⅞ cup Banana juice
- 1 cup Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 0.333 cup Dried Fruit (e. g. apricots, papaya, mango, chopped)
- ½ tsp Ginger powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking powder
- ⅔ cup white chocolate (for cooking)
- ⅔ cup white chocolate (for cooking)
- mini Chocolate egg
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F and grease a loaf tin.

Mix together the banana and the lemon juice. Beat the eggs and the sugar until creamy then add the oil and the banana juice. Fold in the banana, chocolate, fruits and the ginger.

Mix together the flour and baking powder and sieve into the main mixture. Mix well and then spoon the batter into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 45-50 min. Test with a wooden stick to see if it is ready; it should come out clean.

Remove from the oven, knock out onto a wire rack and leave to cool.

Melt the cooking chocolate separately and drizzle over the cake in a zig-zag pattern. Decorate with the mini chocolate eggs and allow to set.
