4 Chicken drumstick
For the marinade
3 Tbsps honey
4 Tbsps Barbecue sauce
1 tsp ground paprika

2 cooked Corn
3 Tbsps clarified butter
8 medium, cooked potatoes
2 sprigs rosemary
1 sprig thyme

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Put the turkey wings and drumsticks in a bowl.

For the marinade: Whisk the ingredients for the marinade. Cover the turkey wings and drumsticks and marinate for at least 1 hours in the refrigerator.

For the turkey: The take out of the marinade and drain slightly. Place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, coating with the marinade as needed.

Meanwhile cut the corn cobs in half and cook in boiling salted water. Then drain and fry in 1 tablespoon butter.

At the same time cut the potatoes into slices. Rinse the herbs, strip from the stems and finely chop. Sauté together with the potatoes in the remaining butter. Season corn and potatoes with salt and pepper.

To serve: Serve the potatoes and corn with the cooked turkey and garnish with herbs.
