Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot, 1 Pressure cooker, 1 Box grater, 1 Slotted spoon

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 350°f.

2.
Wash the chicken wings, pat dry and put into a bowl. Add the oil and salt and mix well. Transfer the chicken wings to a deep baking tray and put into the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
3.

Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Brush the chicken wings with the mixture. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and cook for a further 15 minutes or so, or until done, brushing once more with the marinade during this time.

4.
Alternatively mix all the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken wings for 1 hour. Then grill on a barbecue for about 20 minutes, turning and brushing with the marinade from time to time.
