- 400 grams Sirloin steak
- 1 onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 200 grams Snow peas
- 250 grams soybean sprout
- ½ chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- Canola oil (for frying)
- 1 tsp honey
- soy sauce (for seasoning)
Preparation steps

Cut the meat into thin slices. Rinse snow peas, trim and blanch in salted water. Rinse and drain. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, trim and cut into fine strips. Drain well and add the sprouts. Rinse the chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and finely chop. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Add chile pepper and garlic to a wok coated with oil. Add meat and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add snow peas and bell peppers and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add honey, sprouts and a little soy sauce and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Season with salt and serve with soy sauce.
