¾ l Beef broth (from a jar)
100 grams Porcini mushroom
1 bunch Chives
4 eggs
3 Whipped cream
butter (for the pan)
salt (pepper)

Preparation steps

Clean and slice mushrooms. Heat beef broth and add mushrooms, simmer for about 25 minutes on low heat. Beat eggs with cream and season with salt and pepper. Butter flat rectangular pan and spread egg mixture in it. Place pan into a larger pan and fill it with hot water so that egg pan is standing up to 2/3 in water. Cover with aluminum foil and thicken on low heat for about 20 minutes. Invert onto a work surface and allow to cool. Cut out stars with greased cookie cutter.

Add egg stars to the broth and sprinkle with chives. Pour into bowls and serve.
