30 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and finely grate, then squeeze it with your hands. Mix the grated potatoes with flour, egg and season with salt and pepper.

Saute the beef steaks on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Carefully wrap each piece of meat with potato. Then saute in hot oil in a large pan over medium heat until crispy on each side for about 5 minutes.

3.

Serve with corn salad.
