20 Wonton wrapper (from an Asia shop)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 red Bell pepper
2 Tomatoes
1 red chili pepper (cut into thin rings)
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 tsp Lime zest (freshly grated)
200 grams Roast beef
1 mint
1 Coriander

Preparation steps

Thaw the wonton sheet. Grease 10 small cup molds with oil and line each with 2 wonton sheets. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) until light brown, for about 6 minutes. Take out the cups, release the baked wonton cups from the mold, and let cool.

Rinse the bell pepper and tomatoes, and cut into quarters. cut out the stalk, and cut the flesh crosswise into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and lemon peel with bell pepper, tomatoes and chile pepper.

Cut roast beef into thin strips, mix into the bell pepper and tomato mixture, and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the beef salad with cilantro leaves in wonton cups.
