300 grams potatoes
400 grams Beef
2 onions
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 tsps ground paprika (hot)
1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 stems Savory
2 tsps dried marjoram
300 grams String bean
1 Red Bell pepper

Preparation steps

Peel, rinse and cut into bite-sized cubes potatoes. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions and chop coarsely.

Heat oil in a slow cooker, sear meat on all sides. Add onions and saute together for a few minutes. Season with both types of paprika and cayenne pepper. Add a cup of water, tomato paste, potatoes, savory and marjoram, season with salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally and add more water, if necessary.

Rinse and dry beans, cut into 5 cm (approximately 2 inches) long pieces. Blanch in n boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water, drain again.

Rinse and halve bell pepper, remove seeds and ribs and cut into strips. Add peppers and beans to the cooker 7 minutes before the end of cooking. Season to taste and remove savory. Serve.
