3 tender Steak (about 2.5 cm thick, total of about 450 grams)
2 tsps freshly grated ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves
1 little green chili pepper (finely chopped)
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp Garam Masala
¾ tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
freshly ground peppers
Lime wedge
fresh mint

Preparation steps

1.

Cut steaks crosswise into narrow slices. Combine ginger, garlic, chilli, cumin, garam masala, salt and plenty of pepper. Coat beef with spices, cover and refrigerate overnight. 

2.

Heat oil in a heavy cast iron pan, saute meat strips on high heat until golden brown all over. Arrange meat on plates, garnish with lime wedges adn mint leaves. Serve.
