400 grams mixed Berry (Raspberries, currants, blueberries)
600 milliliters white Grape juice
200 milliliters Cherries
juice of lemons
10 gelatin

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

2.

Bring the juices to a boil together, then remove from  heat and stir in the gelatine.

3.

Rinse the berries and pat dry. Divide between the ramekins.

4.

Pour the juice into the molds before it sets, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

5.

To serve, soak briefly in hot water and remove from the molds.
