1 Banana
juice of lemons
2 Tbsps honey (more or less, to taste)
400 milliliters cold milk
100 grams Natural yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and drain the berries. Peel the banana and cut into slices.

Combine the berries with the banana, the lemon juice, the crushed ice, the yogurt and the honey in a blender and mix well.

Gradually mix in the milk, pour into a glass carafe and serve the milkshake in chilled glasses with straws.
