- 5 cups Gooseberry (red or green)
- 3 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Golden raisins
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp Mustard seed
- 1.333 cups Red wine vinegar
Preparation steps
1.
Place the all the ingredients in a pot, mix well and simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens.

Transfer into sterilised jar, turn upside down and leave to cool.
