- 3 cups 2% milk
- ⅔ cup plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 large Banana (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- ½ cup crushed Ice

For a dairy-free version, substitute the milk and yoghurt for almond milk and coconut milk yoghurt.
Preparation steps

Combine the milk, yoghurt, fruit, and honey in a food processor or blender.

Blend on high until smooth. Add the crushed ice, stir, and blend for a further minute.

Pour into glasses and serve.
