- 250 grams Strawberries
- 250 grams red Currants
- 8 Ice cubes
- 2 Tbsps Mint syrup (colorless, or almond syrup)
- 1 Lime (juice)
- well chilled mineral water (to fill, bubbly)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the strawberries and currants. Puree with the ice cubes, syrup and lime juice.

Pour into jars, fill with water and serve.
