500 grams mixed fresh Berry (such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, red currants, blueberries, etc.)
2 Tbsps sugar
3 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
200 grams Whipped cream
some mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Wipe the berries and halve if necessary (thi may be the case with the strawberries). Mix the lemon juice with the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the lemon juice mixture to the berries, and stir everything carefully until combined. 

2.

Set aside and let infuse for 10 minutes. Whip the cream. Garnish the berry salad with the whipped cream and the mint. Serve the salad with biscuits, if you'd like.
