Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the berries, then dry thoroughly. Set aside 12 blackberries for garnish. Puree the remaining berries with the milk, yogurt, and honey in the blender. 

2.

Pour the shake into 4 glasses and top with a dollop of the whipped cream. Place 3 blackberries and a sprig of lemon balm on skewers. Garnish the shakes with the berry skewers and serve immediately.
