4 Tbsps sugar
juiced lemons
2 cups milk
2 Banana
4 Tbsps Strawberry syrup

Preparation steps

1.
Set aside four of the strawberries for the garnish.
2.
Take two thirds of the remaining strawberries and mash them with the sugar and lemon juice. Press the mixture through a fine sieve and divide between four glasses.
3.
Put the remaining strawberries in a blender with the milk and bananas and blend until smooth.
4.
Pour into the glasses and drizzle the syrup around into the glasses. Garnish with the reserved strawberries and serve.
