- 3 sheets gelatin
- 300 grams Blackberry
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 centiliters Orange liqueur
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 250 grams Quark
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Coconut syrup
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
Preparation steps

Soften gelatin in cold water. Rinse blackberries, and drain well, set some aside for garnish. Puree remaining blackberries and pour through a fine sieve.
Beat Combine egg yolks, liqueur, lemon juice and powdered sugar until creamy over a double boiler. Squeeze out gelatin and stir into egg yolk mixture. Remove from heat, beat until cold and stir in quark, cream cheese and blackberry puree. Beat cream until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour mousse into a bowl, cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

Combine yogurt, coconut syrup and lime juice.

Dollop mousse into dessert cups. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with remaining blackberries. Serve garnished with coconut shavings and mint.
