60 grams powdered sugar
Orange peel
1 Pear

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry blackberries and set some aside for garnish.

2.

Mix remaining berries with yogurt, orange juice, powdered sugar and orange zest until fluffy and refrigerate.

3.

Peel and thickly slice pear. Cut each pear slice to form a star, add stars to blackberry yogurt and garnish with blackberries.
