- 1 onion
- ⅔ cup diced Bacon
- 2 Tbsps Nut oil
- ½ cup shelled Walnut
- 1 cup parsley
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- ⅔ cup Gorgonzola

1 Tablespoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Sieve, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 große Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Brush, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Ladle
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water until al dente, then refresh in cold water and drain.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil and fry the onion and bacon until golden brown. Add the walnuts, fry briefly, then add the pasta and fry briefly.

Pick off and shred the parsley leaves. Add to the pasta and season with pepper and a little salt. Crumble the Gorgonzola over the pasta and serve at once on plates or in bowls.
