- 10 ozs Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ Banana
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 3 ozs Greek yogurt
- 16 ozs Buttermilk (or almond milk)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and drain the blueberries. Freeze for about 10 minutes.

Puree the blueberries, lemon juice, honey, peeled banana and yogurt. Add the buttermilk until the desired consistency is achieved.
3.
Pour into glasses and serve cold.
