500 grams Blueberries
4 Tbsps sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 generous pinch Vanilla powder (or vanilla extract)
70 milliliters Madeira Wine (or port wine)
1 Tbsp Starch
150 grams Whipped cream
Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Preparation steps

Rinse the berries, and drain. Mix with the sugar in a pot, and add the cinnamon and vanilla. Add the wine, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth. Add to the wine mixture, remove from the heat, and let cool.

Beat the cream until stiff, and then fold into the cooled berry mixture. Transfer to a piping pag, and portion into small glasses. Serve with the vanilla ice cream.
