- 200 grams fresh Blueberries
- 250 grams Spelt flour (Type 630)
- 50 tender Oats
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 100 milliliters sunflower oil
- 250 milliliters Buttermilk
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line the wells of a muffin tin with paper cups.

Rinse the blueberries and pat dry. Mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the oil and buttermilk. Fold in the flour mixture and the berries. Pour the batter into the paper cases. Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Let cool for 5-10 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tin and cool on a wire rack. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
