- 4 Chicken legs
- salt
- white peppercorns
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 200 milliliters dry white wine
- 2 Apple
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 centiliters Calvados
- Chives (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken drumsticks and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté in hot oil on all sides. Deglaze with the wine, cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse and halve the apples, then remove the core and cut into slices. Lightly caramelize the butter and the honey in a pan and add the apples. Deglaze with the lemon juice and apple brandy, then pour over the chicken legs. Garnish with fresh chives. Serve immediately.
