Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the arugula, sort, shake dry and trim the tough stems.

2.

Place the bresaola slices on a plate, top each slice with some arugula and loosely roll up each slice. Thread each bresaola roll between 2 cherry tomato halves onto a skewer and serve.
