50 grams Roquefort cheese
5 Tbsps Whipped cream
5 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad: boil broccoli and cauliflower in salted water for about 3 minutes and drain.

Rinse and peel radishes.

3.

Rinse frisee and pat dry.

4.

Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

5.

For the dressing: crush Roquefort with fork and mix in cream, yogurt and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

6.

Mix broccoli, cauliflower, radish, tomato and frisee lettuce together and top with dressing.
