- 1 finished Shortcrust pastry (from the refrigerated section)
- 500 grams Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 8 beaten eggs
- 200 grams coarsley grated Gruyere
- 300 grams Legume (for blind baking)
- Parchment paper
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Grease a 24 cm diameter springform pan. Line with the pastry. Cover with a round piece of parchment paper and spread the dried beans on top. Bake for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the beans and parchment paper and set aside.
3.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and drain well. Pour the broccoli florets on the crust, sprinkle with the cheese and pour in the beaten eggs. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
