150 grams Snow peas
150 grams Broccoli
1 handful Chervil
butter (for greasing)
8 eggs
40 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 slices Filo dough
20 grams melted butter
fresh Chervil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Thaw peas. Rinse and julienne snow peas. Rinse broccoli and cut into very small florets. Rinse parsley, shake dry and mince leaves.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). Grease ramekins with butter.

Beat eggs and cream, season with salt and pepper. Lay a piece of filo dough into each ramekin and brush with butter. Top with 3-4 tablespoons of egg mixture. 

3.

Combine vegetables and chervil. Pour into ramekins. Top with remaining egg mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and  carefully release from ramekins. Serve garnished with fresh chervil.
