- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 2 scallions
- 50 grams ham
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Curry powder
- 1 scoop Mozzarella
- 2 stalks freshly chopped parsley
Preparation steps

Rinse and clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse the scallions and thinly slice on the diagonal. distributed together with the mushrooms and the ham on four broiler-proof pans and drizzle with oil.

Season with salt, pepper and curry and sprinkle with diced mozzarella. Place under the broiler about broil until the cheese has melted and the mushrooms are piping hot, about 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
