8 large potatoes (each 200 grams, waxy variety)
2 Tbsps butter
100 Camembert
1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, lay on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 45 minutes.

Cut a lid off each potato. Hollow potatoes with a small spoon up to a 5 mm (approximately 1/4 inch) thin edge. Mash the scooped potato flesh with a fork and mix with butter and cheese. Rinse chives, shake dry and chop finely. Mix chives with the potato mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Stuff potato and cheese mixture into the potatoes, replace lids and wrap potatoes in foil.

Broil under an oven broiler set to medium until heated through, about 10 minutes, watching carefully.
