2 Tbsps olive oil
4 small Tomatoes
80 grams cream cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 430°F). Drizzle the bread with a little oil and toast in the oven until crispy, about 5 minutes.

Rinse and slice the tomatoes. Mix the cottage cheese with the lemon juice, and season to taste with salt and white pepper.

3.

Remove the bread from the oven, and top with the tomato slices. Top each slice with 1-2 teaspoons of the cottage cheese, and serve garnished with the basil. 

4.

If you wish, you can dice the tomatoes. You could also top with tuna or caper cream cheese.
