26 ozs Brussels sprouts
For the Marinade:
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
salt
peppers
For the Salad:
6 ozs pink, red or purple Grape
1 handful parsley
2 Tbsps Hemp seeds
salt
peppers
1 Tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Preparation steps

1.

Wash & cut the brussels sprouts in half. In a salad bowl mix the marinade ingredients. Add the brussels sprouts into the marinade, mix thoroughly with the marinade, spread them on an oiled baking sheet, and bake at 180°F for about 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the grapes in half, wash and chop the parsley.

3.

Once the sprouts are roasted, place them on a serving platter, toss with the grapes, parsley, hemp seeds, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle everything with 1Tablespoon lemon juice and serve.
