- 1 pkg yellow Cake glaze
- 1 pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup club soda
- ½ cup Canola oil
- ½ cup finely chopped Pistachio
- powdered sugar (for top)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 350º F / 175º C.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, soda and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes longer. Stir in pistachios.

Pour into a greased and floured 8 inch springform pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
