600 grams Cuttlefish (ready to cook)
vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp chopped, red chili peppers
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
2 Tbsps Lime juice
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 bunch Arugula
1 Lime (Or lemon)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse calamari and pat dry, cut into wide rings and carve crosswise on the outside. Whisk oil with soy sauce and chile pepper, combine calamari with the mixture. Grill on a medium-hot grill for about 3-4 minutes per side.

Whisk vinegar with lime juice, olive oil and parsley, season with salt and pepper. Rinse and spin dry arugula, cut lime into slices.  Arrange arugula on plates and drizzle with salad dressing. Arrange calamari next to arugula and garnish with lemon or lime wedges. Serve.
